When a person meditates, the brain transitions into this raised frequency, the result being a deep feeling of relaxation. But relaxation is just a symptom of the real thing that is occurring in meditation. During meditation, you are able to stop self doubt, release negativity and allow healing. There is no right or wrong way to meditate. Every meditation (of which there are so many you could not do them all in one life), regardless of the type, has the potential to be incredibly beneficial to you.
